  I wanted my experience to be better because they make a decent pizza, but a bit expensive. Do not opt for delivery ever because they go to the wrong addresses and have difficulty communicating and understanding where they are are versus where I am and have been (waiting for the last hour). After another poor performance I will not be going back for any service.

  Excellent service on a large walk in lunch order. Served a fresh baked roll and seasoned oil while I waited. Very nice!

  Very unhappy with their service. The people who take the orders have no manners and rude. For the second time they screw up my order, I always repeat myself twice to make sure it gets done and apparently it doesn't work for them. First time they didn't send sauces or forks. Today I asked twice to put chicken in my pasta. It wasn't done again. I called to speak to them, the guy who answered said he remembered my order but that I wasn't charge for chicken. his reply was, if you want me to charge you for chicken, we will bring it for you. he had no customer service skills at all. He knew they were the one who screw up, but didn't even bother saying, we are sorry let me send you a new order or for the next order we will give a discount or anything. Just apologize!! Food I say its a 7 out of 10.
